Bolts and PacEx Fleet take over the pristine Del Mar Beach at Camp Pendleton — two nights camping mere yards from the Pacific, on a beach reserved exclusively for Marine families. Through our partnership with the Marines, we get this weekend once a year in the fall.

SCHEDULE:

• Friday — Caravan arrives, set up tents on the beach, welcome bonfire.

• Saturday — Catered breakfast, Marine obstacle course, Marine amphibious vehicles, sandcastle contest, beach soccer, ice cream truck

• Saturday night — Guides Initiation Ceremony for new Bolts

• Sunday morning — Breakfast, Semper Fi Fund recognition, pack out

Pro tip: Bring a tent, sleeping bag, layers for cool nights, sunscreen. Pop-up tents at Costco for $100 if you don’t have one. Each year we donate to the Semper Fi & America’s Fund — bring a donation if you can.
